摘要
为解决单纯还原氧化石墨烯气凝胶力学性能差、无法重复进行油吸附的问题,以氧化石墨烯为原料、聚乙烯醇为交联剂、氨水为还原剂,通过化学还原法,制备了双亲聚乙烯醇还原氧化石墨烯(PGAs)气凝胶。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热重分析(TG)、循环压缩、接触角和吸附测试等表征手段,研究了PGAs气凝胶的结构组成和性能。结果表明,PGAs气凝胶具有双亲性,对有机溶剂氯仿的吸附容量达到176 g·g^(-1);聚乙烯醇的加入提升了PGAs的力学性能和弹性,在50%的应变下应力可达48 kPa,且循环20次后不破损,仍保持三维多孔结构。
In order to solve problems of poor mechanical properties and reusability of reduced graphene oxide aerogels for oil adsorption,amphiphilic polyvinyl alcohol-reduced graphene oxide(PGAs)aerogels were prepared by chemical reduction of graphene oxide with polyvinyl alcohol as a crosslinking agent and ammonia as a reducing agent.The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Raman spectroscopy(Raman),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),contact angle measurement and adsorption measurement.The structure,composition and properties of PGAs aerogels were studied.The results show that PGAs aerogels are amphiphilic and the chloroform adsorption capacity reaches 176 g·g^(-1).Polyvinyl alcohol was added to improve the mechanical properties of PGAs.The three-dimensional porous structure of PGAs can be maintained after 20 cycles under 50%strain and the stress of PGAs is 48 kPa.
