触摸屏、PLC和变频器的液位自动控制是电气自动化技术、机电一体化技术等专业学生提升职业能力,融入职业实践的综合应用。根据实训室现有的设备装置,进行了PLC的硬件及软件设计,设置了变频器的运行参数;确定了PLC的I/0接线图;完成触摸屏与PLC间的通信;实现了用触摸屏、PLC液位高度控制系统的安装、调试任务。

The level automatic control of touchscreen,PLC and inverter is a comprehensive application for students of electrical automation technology,mechatronics technology,etc.to improve their professional ability and integrate into their professional practice.According to the existing equipment and equipment of the training room,the hardware and software design of the PLC is carried out,the operating parameters of the drive are set,the I/0 wiring diagram of the PLC is determined,the communication between the touch screen and the PLC is completed,andthe installation and debugging tasks of the high control system with the touch screen and PLC level are realized.
