摘要 随着信息科技的迅猛发展,高校信息化、智能化建设取得了巨大的进步。线上一站式服务平台将线上线下服务资源进行整合,以师生用户为中心,全面推进由管理型向服务型的高校转变,深化高校“放管服”改革,提升师生用户的幸福感、获得感。本文以中国人民大学为例,从流程优化再造、数据共享、流程平台等方面探索高校一站式服务平台的建设模式。 With the rapid development of information technology,great progress has been made in the informatization and intelligent construction of colleges and universities.The online one-stop service platform integrates online and offline service resources to promote the transformation from management oriented to service-oriented in colleges and universities comprehensively.It takes teachers and students as the center and deepens the reform of“decentralized management and service”in colleges and universities in order to improve the sense of happiness and acquisition of teachers and students.Taking Renmin University of China as an example,this paper explores the construction mode of one-stop service platform from the aspects of process optimization and reengineering,data sharing and process platform.
