葛根芩连降浊方配合盐酸二甲双胍对2型糖尿病湿热内蕴证患者血糖、血脂的影响

The Influence of Pueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Turbidity-Removing Decoction Combined with Metformin on Blood Sugar and Blood-Fat of Type Ⅱ Diabetes Patients with Dampness-Heat Internal Accumulation Syndrome

目的:观察葛根芩连降浊方配合盐酸二甲双胍对2型糖尿病湿热内蕴证患者血糖、血脂的影响。方法:选择2019年3月至2020年3月在本院治疗的2型糖尿病湿热内蕴证患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用葛根芩连降浊方治疗。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后口干、脘腹胀闷、头身困重、心胸烦闷、四肢倦怠、小便色黄评分均低于本组治疗前,组内比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后上述各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FBG,2 hPBG,HbA1c水平均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FBG,2 hPBG,HbA1c水平均低于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后TC、TG,LDL-C水平均低于本组治疗前,HDL-C水平高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TC、TG,LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FINS、HOMA-IR水平均低于本组治疗前,HOMA-β水平高于本组治疗前,组内比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FINS、HOMA-IR水平均低于对照组,HOMA-β水平高于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根芩连降浊方配合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病湿热内蕴证能够有效改善患者血糖、血脂及胰岛功能。

Objective:To observe the influence of Pueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Turbidity-Removing Decoction combined with metformin on blood sugar and blood-fat of typeⅡdiabetes patients with dampness-heat internal accumulation syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 patients with typeⅡdiabetes with dampness-heat internal accumulation syndrome d treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table control method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Pueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Turbidity-Removing Decoction combined with metformin on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of dry mouth,abdominal distension,head and body heaviness,heart and chest distress,limb burnout and yellow urine in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the above TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of FBG,2 hPBG and HbA1 c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of TC,Tg and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,while the level of HDL-C in the two groups was higher than that before the treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of TC,Tg and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of HDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of FINS and HOMA-IR in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the level of HOMA-βin the two groups was higher than that before the treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of FINS and HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of HOMA-βin the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of typeⅡdiabetes with dampness-heat internal accumulation syndrome,Pueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Turbidity-Removing Decoction combined with metformin can effectively improve blood sugar,blood-fat and islet function.
