摘要 国将兴,必贵师而重傅,要把我国建设成社会主义现代化强国,必须把教育事业摆在优先发展的地位,而教师之于教育的地位则更是重中之重。回溯过往,尊师重教的中华文明源远流长,历朝历代封建统治者无不把教师奉为道德与学问的典范,“天地君亲师”,就是对古代教师地位的一个真实写照。立足当下,自党的十八大以来,我国教师队伍建设的不断深化,党和国家高度重视教师育人树人工作。2018年9月,习近平在全国教育大会上,进一步提出:“要给予教师政治地位、社会地位和职业地位”,在全社会形成尊师重教的良好风尚,给教师更多的获得感、幸福感与荣誉感。因此,建立健全国家教师荣誉制度无论从历史演进维度还是现实意义层面都应成为我国教师队伍建设的重要内涵。 The country will be xing,you must be a teacher and a heavy master,in order to build our country into a socialist modern power,we must put the cause of education in the priority of development,and teachers in the status of education is the most important.Looking back on the past,the Chinese civilization,which respected teachers and re-taught them,has a long history,and the feudal rulers of the past dynasties have regarded teachers as a model of morality and learning,and“the teachers of heaven and earth”is a true picture of the status of teachers in ancient times.Based on the present situation,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of china s teachers has been deepening,the Party and the state attach great importance to the work of teachers to educate people.In September 2018,at the National Education Congress,Xi further proposed that“teachers should be given political,social and professional status”to form a good culture of respect for teachers and re-education in the whole society,and to give teachers more sense of access,happiness and honor.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of the national teacher honor system should become an important connotation of the construction of our country s teachers ranks,both in terms of historical evolution and in terms of practical significance.
