摘要
从2014年提出教师岗位分类管理制度至今,应用型高校初步形成了四类两级的教师管理模式。但在发展中存在考核结果功利化、岗位制度只升不降、在职培训作用不明显、管理过程行政化现象严重、岗位转换机制缺失等问题。基于此种现状,本文分析了原因,并从国家、应用型高校、企业和教师四大主体角度出发提出了必要的建议。
Application-oriented colleges and universities proposed in 2014 and have initially formed a four-category two-level teacher management model,but there are utilitarian assessment results,a post system that only promotes but does not decline,the role of on-the-job training is not obvious,and the administrative process of management is serious.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the lack of conversion mechanism and other issues,the necessary suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the country,applied universities,enterprises and teachers.
