摘要
采用旋流器脱泥-浮选工艺,结合螯合捕收剂CYX-1与活化剂硝酸铅的药剂组合,对-10μm粒级含量79.30%的极微细粒锡石样品进行了回收,最终获得了锡精矿品位11.18%、回收率37.55%(浮锡作业回收率83.57%)的试验指标。
The beneficiation of ultrafine cassiterite that 79.30%passes a-10μm sieve was investigated by adopting a flowsheet consisting of desliming with hydrocyclone and flotation,combined with CYX⁃1 as the chelating collector and lead nitrate as the activator,which finally produced the concentrate grading 11.18%Sn at 37.55%recovery,with Sn recovery for flotation process reaching 83.57%.
