摘要
采用锌挥发焙烧-磁选回收铁工艺流程回收利用高锌含铁尘泥,研究了焙烧、磁选工艺参数对回收效果的影响。结果表明,含铁尘泥在焙烧温度1 200℃、焙烧时间90 min、还原剂用量15%条件下还原焙烧,锌挥发率达97.10%;焙烧渣经一粗一精弱磁选,可获得铁品位61.42%、铁回收率86.98%的铁精矿。该工艺流程可为高锌含铁尘泥的规模化工程利用提供技术支撑。
A technological process of roasting for zinc volatilization followed by magnetic separation for iron recovery was adopted to recycle the dust slime containing high content of zinc and iron,and the influences of processing parameters of roasting and magnetic separation on the recovery effect were explored.The results show that the iron⁃containing dust slime is subjected to a reduction roasting process at 1200℃for 90 min,with the reducing agent at a dosage of 15%,leading to the zinc volatilization rate up to 97.10%;then the obtained roasting slag is subjected to a low⁃intensity magnetic separation with one roughing and one cleaning process,resulting in the iron concentrate grading 61.42%Fe at 86.98%recovery.It is concluded that this technological process can provide the technical support for the large⁃scale utilization of zinc⁃rich and iron⁃rich dust slime.
