摘要
我国社会逐渐向多元化方向发展,人口流量不断增加,人口流动的速度不断加快,在这种情况下,我国政府在管理方面的压力越来越大。流动人员数量增多的同时,其人事档案管理工作也应落到实处。当前,传统的人事档案管理工作模式漏洞百出,无法对流动人员的人事档案进行有效管理。因此,应探究新的管理模式,加快流动人员人事档案管理信息化建设的脚步,提高人事档案管理水平。
China's society is gradually developing in the direction of diversification,the population flow is continually increasing,and the speed of population flow is continually accelerating.In this case,the pressure of China's government in management is continually increasing.While the number of floating personnel is increasing,their personnel archives management work should also be put into practice.At present,the traditional mode of personnel archives management work is full of loopholes,which can not effectively manage the personnel archives of floating personnel.Therefore,we should explore new management mode,speed up the pace of informatization construction of personnel archives management for floating personnel,and improve the level of personnel archives management.
