摘要
生态、绿色逐渐成为这个数字化时代发展的主旋律。与此同时,企业的绿色、可持续发展也离不开互联网数字化的运用。论文探讨如何运用“互联网+”的管理思维,有效地将从企业离职的核心员工延伸为企业的“无边界资源”。在绿色、生态发展的背景下,争取最大程度地实现企业的绿色低碳发展。
Ecology and green gradually become the main theme of the development of this digital age.At the same time,the green and sustainable development of enterprises is also inseparable from the application of internet digitalization.This paper discusses how to use the management thinking of"internet+"to effectively extend the core employees who have left the enterprise into the"border-free resources"of the enterprise.Under the background of green and ecological development,we strive to achieve the green and low-carbon development of enterprises to the greatest extent.
