摘要
在国家“房住不炒”的宏观环境和融资政策不断收紧的调控背景下,房地产企业为了更好地适应市场发展,需加强全面预算管理的把控,尤其要关注全过程的风险控制和监督管理,这是当前房地产行业面临的重要问题。在提高房地产行业的计划、调控、评价能力,从而促进管理者全面地了解房地产公司的经营目标、年终利润和战略策略,以及安排公司项目的进度、调配、成本、筹划等的费用方面,全面预算管理将会发挥关键的作用。
In the context of the macro-environment of"houses are for living in and not for speculative investment"and the tightening of financing policies,in order to better adapt to the market development,real estate enterprises need to strengthen the control of comprehensive budget management,especially pay attention to the whole process of risk control and supervision and management,which is an important issue facing the real estate industry.Comprehensive budget management will play a key role in improving the planning,regulation and evaluation ability of the real estate industry,so as to promote managers to comprehensively understand the business objectives,year-end profits and strategic strategies of real estate enterprises,as well as the cost of arranging the schedule,allocation,cost and planning of the company's projects.
