摘要
论文通过剖析医院人事档案管理的现状,从建章立制、提高认识、提升素养和信息支撑四个方面提出对策,以期促进医院发挥人事档案管理的优势作用,合理配置人力资源,提升竞争力。
By analyzing the current situation of hospital personnel archives management,the paper proposes countermeasures in four aspects:building rules and regulations,improving awareness,improving literacy and information support,with a view to promoting hospital to give play to the advantageous role of personnel archives management,rationalizing human resources allocation and improving competitiveness.
