智慧社区是智慧城市的重要建设内容,在中国城市化进程中,伴随着智慧城市概念的提出应运而生。论文以江西省赣州市“智慧章贡”为例,从工作理念、工作模式、工作格局三个层面详细分析了智慧社区的创新路径与时代价值,深刻阐述了智慧社区建设有利于社区居民参与社区管理与自治,同时,帮助居民享有更便捷、更人性化、更智慧化的生活。

Intelligent community is an important construction part of intelligent city,which has emerged in the process of urbanization in China along with the proposal of the concept of intelligent city.Taking"Intelligent Zhanggong"in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province as an example,the paper analyzes in detail the innovative path of intelligent community and its values of the times from three levels:working concept,working mode and working pattern,and profoundly elaborates that the construction of intelligent community is conducive to community residents'participation in community management and autonomy,and helps residents enjoy a more convenient,humane and wisdom life.
