浅谈做好政府机关部门的会务工作

摘要 当前,社会正处在深化改革的关键时期,随着社会发展模式的变革,各类会议会展的数量越来越多,从事会议会展的在职人员数量也逐渐增加。然而,会议会展工作人员没有相关的专业知识和训练,遇到问题时无法及时有效地予以解决。因此,工作人员必须充分认识会议会展工作中的职责,提高组织协调能力。更好地掌握行政事务处理方法,有效提高会议的质量和效果,这是组委会秘书人员和服务接待人员应具备的一种最基本的能力和专业素质。 At present,society is in a critical period of deepening reform,and with the change of social development mode,the number of various types of conferences and exhibitions is increasing,and the number of working people engaged in conference and exhibition is also gradually increasing.However,the conference and exhibition workers do not have relevant professional knowledge and training and cannot solve the problems in a timely and effective manner when they encounter them.Therefore,workers must fully understand their work responsibilities in conference and exhibition and improve their organization and coordination ability.Better mastering the methods of handling administrative affairs and effectively improving the quality and effect of conference is one of the most basic abilities and professional qualities that the secretarial workers and the service reception workers of the organizing committee should have.
