Science and technology-based micro,small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force and vital force of science and technology innovation activities.Based on recognizing the characteristics,development features,operation mechanism of science and technology-based micro,small and medium-sized enterprises and the development situation and existing problems of science and technology-based micro,small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province,more practical policies and measures are needed to promote the development of science and technology-based micro,small and medium-sized enterprises.
