Analysis of the Inventory Overstocking in Coal Mine Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises and Its Countermeasures

在全国上下大力推进“去产能、去存货、降成本”工作的同时,煤矿机械制造企业多年来的库存积压问题也急需得到重视及有效解决。论文主要对煤矿机械制造企业在制品库存与产成品库存积压的原因进行分析与研究,并提出相应的管理与控制对策及建议。

While the whole country is vigorously promoting the work of"removing production capacity,removing inventory and reducing cost",the problem of inventory overstocking in coal mine machinery manufacturing enterprises over the years also needs to be paid attention to and effectively solved.The paper mainly analyzes and studies the causes of work-in-process inventory and finished products inventory overstocking in coal mining machinery manufacturing enterprises,and proposes corresponding management and control measures and suggestions.
