Entrepreneurs'leadership can be divided into three main contents:learning ability,teaching ability and decision-making ability.Firstly,for learning ability,entrepreneurs can use the online intelligence platform as the basis to improve their learning ability through live mode and MOOCs mode.Secondly,for teaching ability,entrepreneurs can use the support of integrated media environment to combine the textual social media environment and video social media environment to improve their teaching ability.Finally,for decision-making ability,entrepreneurs can improve their decision-making ability by means of using intelligent data as an aid for integration and AI technology as an aid for screening.Based on this,the paper researches and analyzes the cultural paths to improve entrepreneurs'leadership.
