摘要 主井提升机箕斗在卸煤过程中可能出现原煤粘在箕斗里未卸载干净的情况,即存在余煤。若箕斗在存在余煤的情况下再次下放装载,则会造成箕斗二次装载,超载会造成严重危害。论文提出了防二次装载系统,介绍了系统结构及工作原理,进行了硬件设计、安装,软件设计、调试等工作,该系统已应用于东庞矿主井,应用效果较好,完善提升机保护功能,保证提升机安全、可靠运行,提高经济效益和社会效益。 During the coal unloading process of the main shaft hoist skip,the condition may occur that the raw coal sticks in the skip and is not unloaded cleanly,that is,there is residual coal.If the skip is loaded again under the condition of residual coal,it will cause the secondary loading of the skip,and overload will cause serious harm.The paper puts forward the anti-secondary loading system,introduces the system structure and working principle,carries out the hardware design and installation,software design,debugging and other work,the system has been applied to the main shaft of Dongpang Mine,the application effect is good.It improves the protection function of the hoist,ensures the safe and reliable operation of the hoist,and improves the economic and social benefits.
