摘要
钢轨打磨车能够对钢轨的波浪磨耗和轨廓变形进行综合修正,从而提高地铁车辆运行平稳性,减少车辆的冲击载荷。因此钢轨打磨车的稳定作业及故障率对钢轨和地铁车辆的使用寿命具有重要影响。本文主要对厦门地铁GMC16A型钢轨打磨车典型故障进行了分析,提出切实可行的故障控制方法及解决措施。
The rail grinding train can comprehensively correct the wave wear and rail profile deformation of the rail,thereby improving the running stability of the subway train and reducing the impact load of the train.Therefore,the stable operation and failure rate of the rail grinding car have an important impact on the service life of the rail and subway trains.This paper mainly analyzes the common faults of the GMC16A rail grinding car in Xiamen Metro,and proposes practical fault control methods and solutions.
