基于Malmquist模型的四川省三级医院投入产出效率分析

Analysis on input-output efficiency of tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province based on Malmquist model

[目的]探索三级医院投入与产出的效能变化及影响因素,为公立医院绩效考核和卫生资源配置与调控提供参考。[方法]运用Malmquist指数模型对四川省三级医院效能投入产出指标进行综合评价与因素分析。[结果]四川省三级医院生产效率呈下降趋势,2009-2018年三级医院投入产出全员要素生产率指数有效提升4.0%,2017-2018年生产率指数下降3.3%。[结论]四川省三级医院技术变化和技术效率共同影响生产率指数的变化,技术变化指数的提升仍然是TFP提高的主要因素。

Objective To explore the efficiency changes and influencing factors of input and output in tertiary hospitals so as to provide reference for performance evaluation,health resource allocation,regulation and control in public hospitals.Methods It used Malmquist index model to conduct comprehensive evaluation and factor analysis on the index of efficiency input and output in tertiary hospitals of Sichuan Province.Results The production efficiency of tertiary hospitals showed downward trend.From 2009 to 2018,the input-output total factor productivity index of tertiary hospitals effectively increased by 4.0%,while from 2017 to 2018,annual productivity index decreased by 3.3%.Conclusions Technological change and technological efficiency jointly influenced the change of production efficiency index in tertiary hospitals of Sichuan Province,the increase of technological change index still is main factor of TFP increase.
