2月5日,第五次中国一中东欧国家地方领导人会议全体会议以视频方式召开。辽宁省委副书记、省长刘宁,保加利亚索非亚大区主席托多罗夫、中国人民对外友好协会会长林松添、克罗地亚扎达尔省省长罗京、外交部中国一中东欧国家合作事务特别代表霍玉珍出席会议并致辞。沈阳市代市长王新伟主持会议。

On February 5,the Fifth Local Leaders Plenary Meeting of China-CEEC was held via video conferencing.Liu Ning,deputy secretary of CPC Liaoning Committee and governor;Todorov,President of Sofia Region of Bulgaria,Lin Songtian,President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries,Bozidar Longin,governor of Zadar Province of Croatia;and Huo Yuzhen,special representative for cooperation between China and CEE countries of Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended and addressed the meeting.Wang Xinwei,acting mayor of Shenyang,presided over the meeting.
