考虑保修服务的制造/再制造融合产品优化配置研究

摘要 为了解决制造与再制造融合产品配置以及客户对于再制造产品零部件信心不足等问题,从产品保修服务出发,根据故障率确立多种保修模块的保修期和成本,同时结合公理设计和模糊矩阵方法,对制造与再制造融合产品进行模块划分,构建多种保修模块下的产品模块化配置方案。以产品保修利润、产品成本、绿色环保度为目标函数,建立多目标优化模型,采用遗传算法进行求解,得到考虑保修服务的制造与再制造产品优化配置方案。最后,以某公司考虑保修服务的制造与再制造汽车产品配置为例,验证了上述方法可行性。 In order to solve the problems of the integration of manufacturing and remanufacturing product configuration and the lack of customer confidence in remanufactured product parts.This article starts from the product warranty service,establishes the warranty period and cost of various warranty schemes based on failure rate,and combines axiomatic design and fuzzy matrix methods to divide the manufacturing and remanufacturing fusion products into modules and constructs a modular configuration scheme for products under multiple warranty methods.Taking product warranty profit,product cost,and green environmental protection as objective functions,a multi-objective optimization model is established,and genetic algorithms are used to solve it.An optimized configuration plan for manufacturing and remanufacturing products that consider warranty services is obtained.At last,a certain company considers the manufacturing and remanufacturing of automobile products with warranty service as an example to verify the feasibility of the above method.
