失眠证候物质基础相关性研究现状与展望

Research status and prospect on material basis correlation of insomnia syndrome

失眠是一种常见的严重影响人们身心健康的睡眠障碍。中医药治疗失眠具有独特的优势,但因其证候的复杂性及诊断的局限性限制了临床疗效。本文从神经递质、免疫、电生理、胃肠道相关物质等多方面阐述失眠证候的内在物质基础,梳理并分析当前已建立的失眠证候模型及建模方法,认为失眠证候物质基础的研究仍处于初步探索阶段,在研究方法、研究内容及动物模型的建立等方面仍需进一步完善,提出可根据睡眠—觉醒紊乱机制,利用系统生物学等多种方法进一步探讨失眠证候的物质基础,以提高临床辨证的精确性,进而提高临床疗效。

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that seriously affects people’s physical and mental health.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating insomnia,but its clinical efficacy is limited by the complexity of syndromes and the limitation of diagnosis.In this paper,the intrinsic material basis of insomnia syndrome is expounded from neurotransmitters,immunity,electrophysiology,gastrointestinal substances and other aspects,and the current established insomnia syndrome model and modeling method are sorted out and analyzed.It is believed that the research on the material basis of insomnia syndrome is still in the preliminary stage,and the research methods and contents as well as the establishment of animal models still need to be further improved.It is suggested that the material basis of insomnia syndrome can be further explored by means of systems biology according to the sleep-wake disorder mechanism,so as to improve the accuracy of syndrome differentiation in clinic and improve the clinical efficacy.
