离子液体辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取柠檬精油的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以新鲜柠檬皮作为实验材料,采用离子液体辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取柠檬精油。实验以柠檬精油提取率为指标,在单因素实验的基础上进行正交实验优化,得到了柠檬精油的最佳提取条件。结果表明:离子液体辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油的最佳工艺条件为离子液体[EMIm]BF4浓度为1.5%,蒸馏时间为4 h,料液比为1∶6,柠檬皮颗粒大小为0.5 mm。在此优化的条件下,柠檬精油的提取率为0.93%。该实验的研究结果有望为柠檬精油的综合开发利用提供适当的参考。 Lemon essential oils are extracted from fresh lemon peels by steam distillation assisted with ionic liquid.The optimum extraction conditions of lemon essential oils are obtained by orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor experiment with the extraction rate of lemon essential oils as the index.The results show that the optimum technological conditions for the extraction of essential oils by steam distillation assisted with ionic liquid are that the concentration of ionic liquid[EMIm]BF4 is 1.5%,the distillation time is 4 h,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶6,and the particle size of lemon peel is 0.5 mm.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction rate of lemon essential oils is 0.93%.The results of this experiment are expected to provide an appropriate reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of lemon essential oils.
