模板工程安全计算软件对比分析及计算研究

Comparative Analysis and Calculation Research on Safety Calculation Software of Formwork Engineering

为了更加合理地进行模板工程的安全计算,本文选取品茗、PKPM、广联达三款模板工程安全计算软件进行了对比研究,分析了各个软件的适用范围、功能及参数取值,研究了软件计算方面的差异,并通过邯郸新媒体工程项目进行了验证。结果表明:品茗在工程适用范围、功能及计算参数设置等方面更有优势,品茗和广联达计算模型的选择更加灵活,PKPM在复杂脚手架建模计算及架体三维模型展示方面更有优势;品茗梁板模板支撑体系的主梁及立杆安全储备较大,PKPM梁模板支撑体系的面板、小梁及立杆安全储备较大,广联达梁立杆轴力计算结果较大。本文的研究结论为施工技术人员合理选择并使用安全计算软件提供参考。

In order to carry out the safety calculation of template engineering more reasonably,this paper selects PMS,PKPM,Glodon three template engineering safety calculation software for comparative study,analyzes the scope of application,function and parameter value of each software,studies the differences in software calculation,and verifies through Handan New Media Project.The results show that PMS has more advantages in engineering application scope,function and calculation parameter setting,and the selection of calculation model of PMS and Glodon is more flexible,PKPM has more advantages in complex scaffold modeling calculation and 3D model display;the safety reserves of main beam and support column of PMS beam-slab template support system are relatively large,while the safety reserve of surface slab,minor beam and support column of PKPM beam template support system are relatively large,and the calculation results of axial force of Glodon beam support column are large.The research conclusion of this paper provide reference for construction technicians to choose and use safety computing software reasonably.
