摘要
套筒灌浆料中掺入粉煤灰、硅灰、矿粉等矿物质掺合料能在保证其工作性能的同时具有良好的抗冻性能。通过冻融循环试验和灰色关联分析法,探究套筒灌浆料组成因素变化对其抗冻性能指标(质量、抗压强度、抗折强度)的影响。结果表明:外部因素冻融循环次数对套筒灌浆料抗冻性能影响因素中占据主导地位,尤其是对套筒灌浆料抗压强度损失的影响。内部配合比因素中,粉煤灰掺量对套筒灌浆料抗冻性能的影响大于矿粉及硅灰掺量。
Mixing fly ash,silica fume and mineral powder into sleeve grouting material can ensure its working performance and have good frost resistance.Through the freeze-thaw cycle test and grey correlation analysis,the influence of the composition of sleeve grouting material on its frost resistance index(quality,compressive strength,flexural strength)is explored.The results show that the freeze-thaw cycles of external factors play a dominant role in the frost resistance of sleeve grouting materials,especially the impact on the compressive strength loss of sleeve grouting materials.The influence of fly ash content on frost resistance of sleeve grouting material is greater than that of mineral powder and silica fume.
