产教融合视域下高职院校内部治理体系存在的问题及改进策略研究

Research on the Problems and Improvement Strategies in the Internal Governance System of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Integration of Production and Education

高等职业教育的快速发展对高职院校的内部治理工作提出了新的要求,这既是满足育人工作的内在需要,也是体制改革的主要措施。党的十九大报告也提到了“完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合与校企合作”的要求。为了实现高等教育质量提升的目标,我们需要抓住重要的历史时期,为建设教育强国提供有效支持。广大高校应抓住机遇,主动作为,在优化治理结构的同时促进内部的内涵发展,建设以产教融合为核心的应用型院校。

The rapid development of higher vocational education has put forward new requirements for the internal governance of higher vocational colleges.It is not only the inherent need to meet the education work,but also the main measure of system reform.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also mentioned the requirement of"improving the vocational education and training system,deepening the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation".In order to achieve the quality improvement of higher education,we need to seize important historical periods and provide effective support for building an educational power.The majority of colleges and universities should seize the opportunity to take the initiative,optimize the governance structure while promoting the internal intensive development,and build application-oriented colleges with the integration of production and education as the core.
