摘要
高校高层次人才引进与管理政策是保证我国高校高层次人才引进工作顺利进行的重要制度安排,也是我国高校人事制度的重要载体。该文通过列举北京工业大学、上海交通大学以及广西大学高层次人才引进与管理的相关政策,分别对三所高校的政策环境、岗位设置政策和奖励性政策进行了详细的比较与分析。在此基础上,结合前人的相关研究成果,进一步提出了完善我国高校高层次人才引进与管理的相关建议。
The policies for the introduction and management of high-level talents in universities is an important institutional arrangement to ensure the smooth progress of the introduction of high-level talents in universities of China,and it is also an important carrier of the personnel system in universities of China.This paper lists the relevant policies of Beijing University of Technology,Shanghai Jiaotong University,and Guangxi University on the introduction and management of high-level talents,and respectively makes a detailed comparison and analysis of the policy environment,job setting policies and incentive policies of the three universities.On this basis,combined with the related research results of predecessors,this research further puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the introduction and management of high-level talents in universities of China.
