有限课时条件下的专业基础课教改尝试——以弹性动力学教学为例 被引量:1

An Attempt to Reform Professional Basic Courses under the Condition of Limited Class Hours:Taking Elastodynamics Teaching as an Example

摘要 弹性动力学是地球物理学最重要的专业基础课程之一。在现代本科通识教育和短课时条件下,如何在有限的课堂教学中使学生既能掌握该课程的基本概念和基础理论,又能在理解掌握的基础上运用所学的知识,成为目前该课程教学、教改的主题。在三年的教学实践中,我们分别尝试了不同类型的实验课设置、科教团队授课、双语授课等教改方式,还尝试了多样化的课程教学过程考核方式。实践证明,这些教改措施有助于克服短课时与大容量课程内容的矛盾,对培养学生的自学习惯和能力、扭转学生为考试而学习的意识,具有明显的促进作用。科教团队授课模式探索不仅强化了学生对基础知识的掌握,通过多种实验课程的配合激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,使学生能够学以致用,激发学生的学习兴趣。 Elastodynamics is one of the most important professional basic courses in geophysics.Under the conditions of modern undergraduate general education and short class hours,how to enable students not only to master the basic concepts and basic theories of the course,but also to use the knowledge they have learned in the limited classroom teaching,has become the subject of the current teaching reform of the course.In the three years of teaching practice,we have tried different types of experimental course setting,the teaching by scientific research and teaching teams,and bilingual teaching,and also tried a variety of assessment methods for the course teaching process.Practice has proved that the implementation of these teaching reform measures can help overcome the contradiction between short class hours and large-volume course content,and it has a significant role in cultivating students'self-study habits and ability,and reversing bad habits of learning for exams;and the exploration on the teaching by scientific research and teaching teams not only strengthens students'mastery of basic knowledge,but also stimulates their initiative and enthusiasm in learning with the cooperation of a variety of experimental courses,and also stimulates their interest in learning through applying what they have learned.
