制造企业智慧物流技术研究

Research of Manufacturing Enterprise Intelligent Logistics Technology

随着信息技术的不断发展,需要研究制造企业的智慧物流技术,来提升企业智能化、信息化的水平。文章以综述其他学者智慧物流研究入手,对我国现在物流现状进行分析,提出制造企业物流存在的问题,并提出ERP系统修订与改造,智慧物流ERP系统贯穿于制造企业的合同管理、生产管理、库房管理和发货管理环节、发货管理中的物流跟踪、根据客户需求建立不同运输计划管理的对策。

With the continuous development of information technology,we need to study manufacturing enterprise intelligent logistics technology,in order to enhance the level of enterprise intelligence and information.Starting with summarizing other scholars'research on intelligent logistics,this paper analyzes the current situation of logistics in China,it puts forward the existing problems of manufacturing enterprises'logistics,also puts forward the revision and reform of ERP system,intelligent logistics ERP system running through contract management,production management,warehouse management and delivery management,logistics tracking in delivery management,and establishing different transportation plan management according to customer demand.
