国外多式联运型物流园区发展对我国的经验借鉴与启示

Experience and Enlightenment of the Development of Foreign Multimodal Logistics Park to China

在政策推动下,我国物流园区建设进入高速增长期,但同时运营园区的经营状况却并不乐观,点式经营和信息孤岛发展困局进一步激化,园区过剩、同质化竞争现象日趋严重,物流园区的集约化发展已经迫在眉睫。为此,文章针对我国物流园区建设存在的突出问题,引入“物流园区+”服务业态思路,借鉴国外“物流园区+多式联运”的发展模式,提出我国物流园区应从协调机制、集聚发展、大数据等方面入手逐步向多式联运型物流园区等高级发展形态转型升级。

Under the promotion of policies,the construction of logistics parks in China has entered a high-speed growth period,but at the same time,the operation status of the operating parks is not optimistic.The dilemma of point operation and information island development is further intensified,and the phenomenon of excessive and homogeneous competition in the parks is becoming increasingly serious.The intensive development of logistics parks is imminent.Therefore,in view of the outstanding problems existing in the construction of China's logistics park,this paper introduces the idea of“logistics park+”service format,and draws on the development mode of“logistics park+multimodal transport”in foreign countries,and proposes that China's logistics park should gradually transform and upgrade to the advanced development mode of multimodal transport logistics park from the aspects of coordination mechanism,cluster development,big data,etc.
