“开学第一课”不仅是大学特色文化的重要组成部分,也是对大学生进行思想政治教育的“第一课”。校长致辞作为“第一课”上的重头戏,其传递的价值观和人生理念,对大学生的学习和生活具有重要的价值引领作用。探析各高校演讲者致辞蕴含的价值观教育理念,提出加强“开学第一课”育人实效性的策略:巧用媒介,提前了解新生需求,加强价值理性教育;强化“开学第一课”仪式感,激发情感共鸣;丰富“开学第一课”文化内涵,挖掘价值深度;设计“开学第一课”前后期活动,形成校园文化品牌。

First Classin the New SchoolYear is not only an important part of universities'culture,but also the first lesson of ideological and political class for university students.Principals'speeches,the highlight,guide students’learning and living with their philosophy of values and life.This paper is to analyze the values in the speeches of various university speakers,and to propose strategies to strengthen the effectiveness of the First Class education:manipulating media,understanding the needs of freshmen beforehand,strengthening rational education of value,intensifying the sense of ceremony of the"first class",stimulating empathy,enriching the cultural connotation of the First Class and taping the depth of value and designing activities before and after the"first class"to form a campus culture brand.
