机器人三维激光切割的控制系统设计

摘要 为了进一步提高机器人在激光切割领域应用的方便性、通用性及稳定性,本文从人机工程、文件通讯、数据库管理、选项配置集成、离线程序应用这几方面为出发点,设计符合用户操作习惯、布局合理、色彩搭配协调、信息展示完善的人机交互界面;加工程序便于解读、编辑、移植、保存,工艺应用有效、方便,辅助功能配置方便快捷,切割效率和质量有效提升的机器人切割专用系统。 In order to further improve the convenience,versatility and stability of the application of robots in the laser cutting field,starting from the aspects of man-machine engineering,file communication,database management,option configuration integration,offline program application in the text,the man-machine interaction interface in line with user operations’habit has been designed with reasonable layout,coordinated color matching,and perfect information display;the processing program is easy to interpret,edit,transplant and save while the process application is effective and convenient.The auxiliary function configuration is convenient and quick while the cutting efficiency and quality of the special robot cutting system have been effectively improved.
