摘要
针对目前机床行业机床产品中高精度,异形复杂腔体类零件加工工艺复杂,以及后续车间装配工人识图不直观问题,提出了在机床行业应用全三维工艺。阐述了全三维工艺在机床制造过程中应用流程。详细阐述三维可视轻量化模型生成,设计工艺信息分类关联存储,三维工艺规程卡制作以及可视化终端查看关键技术,最后给出了应用实例。
In view of the complicated processing technology of high-precision,special-shaped and complex cavity parts in the current machine tool products in the machine tool industry,and the unintuitive drawing of the subsequent workshop assembly workers,the application of full three-dimensional technology in the machine tool industry has been proposed.The application process of full three-dimensional technology in the machine tool manufacturing process has been described.The key technologies of 3 D visual lightweight model generation,design process information classification&associated storage,3 D process specification card production and visual terminal viewing have been elaborated in detail.Finally,application examples have been put forward.
