习近平青年教育观是指导新时代青年教育工作的科学理论,也是引领当下高校德育工作的行动指南。在习近平青年教育观引领下,高校德育工作呈现系统化的实践路向:更加强调意识形态导向、更加尊重学生主体地位和更加注重多元协同育人为主线的高校德育工作理念革新,党管青年、团系青年和师育青年为支点的高校德育工作职责定位,话语生成共振化、话语表达生活化和话语权威重构化为过程的高校德育工作话语重建。

Xi Jinping’s view on youth education is not only a scientific theory that guides youth education in the new era but also an action guideline that shapes the present-day moral education work at universities.Using this viewpoint,moral education work at universities has created a systematic practice path:More emphasis is put on ideological orientation,more respect is given to students’main body status and more attention is given to reforming moral education at universities to include the concept of cultivating diversified talent.Moral education work at universities has been anchored to the functions of three stakeholders:the Party,which plays a management role;the Youth League,to which the youth are tethered;and the teachers,who provide youth education.The discursive reconstruction pertaining to moral education work at universities has been characterized by the resonance of the discursive generation,life-oriented discursive expression and the reconstruction of discursive authority.
