大学生作为担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,滋养其政治情感,培养其正确的政治认知、锤炼其坚定的政治信念、优化其政治行为才能进一步推进我国的政治文明进程,维护国家的稳定发展。政治认同和政治素质内在联系在于政治认同是政治素质培育的归宿、政治素质培育是政治认同的基础。新时代大学生政治素质存在政治认知、政治关注、政治动机及政治能力四方面的问题,要从营造良好政治教育环境和促进大学生政治参与两方面以政治认同为指向培育新时代大学生政治素质。

As the newcomers worthy of the great task of national rejuvenation,to nurtase college students'political feeling,cultivating their correct political cognition,tempering their firm political beliefs,and optimizing their political behaviors can further promote the political civilization process of our country and maintain the stable development of the country.The internal connection between political identity and political quality lies in the fact that political identity is the destination of political quality cultivation,and that political quality cultivation is the foundation of political identity.The political quality of college students in the new era has four problems which are political cognition,political attention,political motivation and political ability.It is necessary to cultivate the political quality of college students in the new era from two aspects of creating a good political education environment and promoting college students’political participation.
