高校教工党支部建设与课程思政教学协同育人机制研究 被引量:18

摘要 高校教工党支部建设与课程思政教学协同育人,是高校立德树人和国家全面从严治党的需要。当前高校普遍存在“重业务、轻党建”现象,课程思政建设的党建理论基础不扎实、形式主义严重、党员教师的考核制度和激励措施不健全等问题突出,应当从强化教师课程思政教育理念、构建顶层设计和分层落实协同育人制度、组建课程思政教学团队、搭建高校智慧党建云平台以及完善激励机制等方面,探索教工党支部建设与课程思政教学协同育人实现新路径。 The cooperative education between the Party branch of the faculty and the ideological and political teaching of the colleges and universities is the need for the establishment of morality in colleges and universities and the strict governance of the party in the country.At present,colleges and universities generally have the phenomenon of emphasizing business and neglecting party construction.The theoretical foundation of party building for curriculum ideological and political construction is not solid,formalism is serious,and the assessment system and incentive measures for party member teachers are not perfect.We should strengthen the ideological and political education concept of teachers'courses,build top-level design and layered implementation of collaborative education system,set up curriculum ideological and political teaching team,build smart party building cloud platform for colleges and universities,and improve incentive mechanisms to realize the cooperative education between the construction of the Party branch of faculty and the ideological and political teaching of courses.
