乙烯装置急冷油塔改造技术方案探讨 被引量:1

ON THE TECHNICAL SCHEME OF REVAMPING OF QUENCH OIL TOWER IN ETHYLENE PLANT

摘要 文章以某110万t/a乙烯装置改造为例,介绍了乙烯分离急冷油塔系统的工艺技术特点,着重论述了急冷油塔内件的改造方案,在应用一种新型高通量正交波纹塔板后,圆满解决了急冷油塔盘油段气液负荷增幅大的难题,为今后同类装置塔内件改造方案的选取提供了借鉴。 Taking the revamping of a 1.1 MTA ethylene plant as an example,this paper introduces the process technical characteristics of the quench oil tower system for ethylene separation.It discusses the revamping scheme for the internals of the quench oil tower emphatically.After the application of a new type of high-throughput orthogonal wave tray,the problem of large increase of gas-liquid load in the pan oil section of the quench oil tower is solved successfully.This provides reference for the selection of revamping schemes for tower internals in similar devices in the future.
