摘要
针对某乙烯装置乙烷裂解炉运行周期大幅缩短的问题,从生产工艺方面进行分析,发现上游富乙烷气原料将焦粉、胺液等杂质带入了裂解炉炉管。由于携带重组分,炉出口温度热电偶处易形成结焦,造成温度指示不准。对炉管进行机械分析发现,炉管表面金属分布异常。性能测试显示,炉管剩余使用寿命仅两年,从经济效益的角度分析,采用更新炉管的方案更好。炉管更新后裂解炉运行正常。
Aiming at the problem of greatly shortened operation cycle of the ethane cracking furnace in an ethylene plant,this paper analyzed from the production process and it was found that the upstream ethane-rich gas contained impurities such as coke powder and amine liquid which were carried into the radiant coil.Due to the heavy components in the ethane-rich gas,coke was easily formed near the thermocouple at the furnace outlet,which resulted in inaccurate temperature indication.Mechanical analysis on the furnace tube indicates that the metal distribution on the inside surface of the radiant tube was abnormal.The mechanical performance test shows that the remaining service life of the radiant tube was only two years.It's better to renew the radiant coil from the economic point of view,and the cracking furnace operates normally after the radiant coil has been renewed.
