小FOV高分辨磁共振结合两次DWI对直肠癌诊断价值分析

Diagnostic value of small FOV high resolution magnetic resonance imaging combined with two DWI in rectal cancer

目的:探讨小视野高分辨磁共振成像及DWI成像对直肠癌诊断的价值。方法:对医院收治的50例直肠癌患者分别使用直肠MR平扫+DWI+增强图像进行回顾性分析,对比其术后病理分期诊断结果,探讨该方法的临床应用价值。结果:小FOV高分辨结合两次DWI扫描时准确率为82%,Kappa为0.732(P<0.001)。结论:小FOV高分辨T2WI扫描可更好的分辨黏膜下层和肌层,对于直肠癌术前T分期具有较好的准确性。

Objective:To investigate the value of small field high resolution magnetic resonance imaging and DWI imaging in the diagnosis of rectal cancer.Methods:50 patients with rectal cancer treated were retrospectively analyzed by using rectal Mr plain scan+DWI+enhanced images,and the postoperative pathological staging diagnosis results were compared.Results:The accuracy of small FOV combined with two DWI scans was 82%and kappa was 0.732(P<0.001).Conclusion:Small FOV high resolution T2WI scan can better distinguish the submucosa and muscularis,and has good accuracy for preoperative T staging of rectal cancer.
