糖尿病肾病透析患者营养状况及饮食护理效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者营养状况与饮食护理效果。方法:选取糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者70例,随机数字表法分为两组,各35例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用饮食护理,比较两组患者营养状况、透析效果。结果:两组患者干预后ALB、PAB水平均高于干预前,MQSGA评分低于干预前(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后ALB、PAB水平均高于对照组,MQSGA评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后C反应蛋白(CRP)、BUN与Scr水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者存在不同程度营养缺失情况。通过强化饮食护理,可改善患者的机体营养状况,提升血液透析治疗效果。 Objective:To investigate the nutritional status and diet nursing effect of maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:70 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received diet nursing on the basis of the control group.Results:the levels of ALB and PAB in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of MQSGA were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);the levels of ALB and PAB in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of MQSGA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CRP,bun and SCR in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:there are different degrees of nutritional deficiency in maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Strengthening diet nursing can improve the nutritional status of patients and improve the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis.
