摘要
目的:探讨优化急诊流程在急诊胸痛患者中的价值。方法:医院接诊的90例急诊胸痛患者按单双数法分为对照组(45例)和研究组(45例),对照组患者行常规急诊护理干预;研究组患者行优化急诊护理流程,比较两组抢救效果和护理满意度。结果:研究组的抢救效果和护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸痛急诊患者在抢救过程中行优化急诊护理流程不仅能明显缩短分诊评估时间、急诊停留时间和抢救时间,还能提高护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the nursing value of optimizing the emergency procedure in patients with emergency chest pain.Methods:a retrospective analysis of 90 patients with emergency chest pain received in our hospital was made.According to the single and double number method,45 patients in the control group and 45 patients in the study group were divided into two groups.The control group received routine emergency nursing intervention;the study group optimized the emergency nursing process,and compared the rescue effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:the rescue effect and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.5).Conclusion:the optimization of emergency nursing process can not only shorten the time of triage evaluation,emergency stay and rescue,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing.
