双特异性磷酸酶14在胃癌中的表达情况及其临床意义

Expression of DUSP14 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance

目的:探讨双特异性磷酸酶14(DUSP14)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理和预后的相关性。方法:分析DUSP14在胃癌组织芯片中的表达情况,并通过患者临床病理信息和随访资料进一步了解DUSP14的临床意义。结果:胃癌肿瘤组织芯片免疫组化的结果表明DUSP14在胃癌中高表达,差异有统计学意义。进一步分析表明DUSP14的高表达是胃癌患者预后差的独立危险因素。结论:胃癌组织中DUSP14高表达可能促进胃癌的进展,可能作为胃癌预后评估的新型生物标记物。

Objective:To explore the expression of DUSP14 in gastric cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods:The expression of DUSP14 in tissue microarrayof gastric cancer was analyzed.And the clinical significance of DUSP14 was further analyzed through the clinicopathological information and follow-up data of patients.Results:Tissue microarray results show that DUSP14 is highly expressed in gastric cancer,and the difference was statistically significant.Further analysis showed that the high expression of DUSP14 is an independent risk factor for the poor prognosis of gastric cancer patients.Conclusion:The expression of DUSP14 in gastric cancer tissues is higher than that of adjacent cancers.The high expression of DUSP14 may promote the progression of gastric cancer,and may be used as a new biomarker for prognostic evaluation of gastric cancer.
