洗涤式自体血回输在心脏瓣膜置换手术中的应用和管理

Application and management of washed autologous blood transfusion in cardiac valve replacement

目的:探讨洗涤式自体血回输在心脏瓣膜置换手术中节约用血的临床价值及自体血回输的管理。方法:将2019年2月-2019年5月开展的22例术中应用洗涤式自体血回输的心脏瓣膜置换患者作为观察组,前期开展22例没有应用洗涤式自体血回输的心脏瓣膜置换患者作为对照组,比较两者的用血情况。结果:两组输入异体血情况:观察组患者红细胞人均(4.30±1.01)u(红细胞1 u=200 mL),血浆(661.36±124.34)mL;对照组人均输入红细胞(6.20±2.08)u,血浆(861.36±226.22)mL。观察组患者输入异体血量明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:洗涤式自体血回输应用于心脏瓣膜置换手术,有效节约了血液资源,临床效果值得肯定。术中加强回输血液管理,两组均无输血并发症发生,输血效果满意。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of washing Autologous blood transfusion in saving blood and the management of Autologous blood transfusion.Methods:from February 2019 to May 2019,22 patients who were treated with washing Autologous blood transfusion during the operation were taken as the observation group,and 22 patients who were not treated with washing blood Autologous blood transfusion as the control group.Results:The results were as follows:the observation group received(4.30±1.01)u,RBC(1U=200 mL)and(661.36±124.34)mL plasma.The control group received(6.20±2.08)u,RBC and(861.36±226.22)mL plasma.The amount of allogeneic blood in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:washing type Autologous blood transfusion can effectively save blood resources in heart valve replacement.There was no complication of blood transfusion in both groups.The effect of blood transfusion was satisfactory and its clinical effect is confirmed.
