应用FCC-SIM软件模拟催化裂化MIP工艺

Application of FCC-SIM software to simulate fluid catalytic cracking MIP process

摘要 应用FCC-SIM 7.0软件对采用MIP工艺的重油催化裂化装置进行了模拟和预测,并与装置实际运行数据进行了对比。结果表明:所建模型能够准确表征装置当前的生产工况,可以作为装置优化计算的基础模型;利用该模型可以预测原料性质、操作条件、催化剂等不同条件下的产品分布变化趋势,为优化操作、技术改进、催化剂性能分析等提供可靠的依据;在模型预测数据和装置实际运行数据中,干气、液化气、汽油、柴油、油浆和焦炭收率的最大绝对差值为0.62,液化气、汽油、柴油产品性质预测结果的最大绝对差值为2.9。 The fluid catalytic cracking unit using MIP process was simulated and predicted by FCC-SIM software.The results showed that the model could accurately represent the current conditions of the unit and could be used as a basic model for optimal calculation.Using this model,technicians could predict the trend of product distribution according to the changing conditions of properties of raw materials,operating conditions and catalyst,etc.It also could provide a reliable evidence for further targeted optimization,technical improvement,catalyst performance analysis and so on.In the prediction data of the model and the actual data of the plant,the maximum difference of the yields of dry gas,LPG,gasoline,diesel,slurry and coke was 0.62,and the maximum difference of the prediction results of the properties of LPG,gasoline and diesel was 2.9.
