Exploration of Large Pump Efficiency Enhancement Technology

摘要 为了进一步提高陆梁油田开发的综合效益,提出了机采系统“降杆速”的生产思路,并给出了理论依据,现场实施242井,平均杆速由18.4m/min降到13.0 m/min;系统效率由21.94%提高至31.21%,吨液单耗由7.38 kWh/t降低为5.54 kWh/t,节能率24.93%。同时针对油田含水逐年上升的开发趋势,在“低杆速”的原则下,优选“潜力井”实施升级泵径提液增油的措施,现场实施38井,增液1354.6 t/d,增油85.4 t/d,历时6个月累计增液253218 t、累计增油17355 t。经现场实践,形成了一套“降杆速、保产量”的大泵提效技术。 In order to further improve the comprehensive benefit of Luliang Oilfield development,the production idea of"reducing rod speed"of mechanical production system was put forward,and the theoretical basis was given.The average rod speed was reduced from 18.4m/min to 13.0 m/min in well 242 on site.The system efficiency is increased from 21.94%to 31.21%,the liquid consumption per ton is reduced from 7.38 kWh/t to 5.54 kWh/t,and the energy saving rate is 24.93%.At the same time,in view of the development trend of increasing water cut year by year,under the principle of"low rod speed",the"potential Wells"were selected to implement the measures of upgrading pump diameter to extract fluid and increase oil.38 Wells were implemented on site,increasing fluid by 1354.6 t/d and oil by 85.4 t/d,with accumulative fluid increase of 253218 t and oil increase of 17355 t in six months.Through field practice,a set of large pump efficiency improving technology of"reducing rod speed and maintaining output"has been formed.
