中国铁路企业获得的专利数量达到了一定的规模,但中国铁路企业仍然存在专利有效性不高、专利运营模式整体倾向于专利转让的单一模式、中国的铁路企业专利运营能力不足、专利许可存在诸多风险等问题。企业应加强专利的维护管理、健全专利运营模式、专利运营人才培养和提升专利许可的风险控制能力,以实现中国铁路企业的健康快速发展,促进中国铁路企业的科技成果转化。

The number of patents obtained by Chinese railway enterprises has reached a certain scale.According to the quantitative research method,Chinese railway enterprises have such problems as low patent effectiveness,mode of patent operation focusing on patent transfer,insufficient patent operation capability of Chinese railway enterprises,and many risks of patent licensing.Enterprises should strengthen patent maintenance and management,improve patent operation mode,patent operation personnel training and enhance the risk control ability of patent licensing,so as to realize the healthy and rapid development of Chinese railway enterprises and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Chinese railway enterprises.
