传统制造业企业智能化发展影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Intelligent Development of Traditional Manufacturing Enterprises

大数据、云计算等数字技术的快速发展与应用,给传统制造业企业带来了颠覆性的创新,发展智能制造成为中国制造业企业转型升级的主攻方向。现有研究对同行业制造业企业开展定量研究,分析影响企业智能制造发展的因素,但缺少针对个体的深入的定性研究。采取质性研究方法,运用扎根理论对制造业企业进行研究。结果表明,企业内部数字化转型、集成互联、协同融合、技术创新、人才建设以及新一代信息技术、国家政策、行业竞争和产业合作等因素正向影响制造业企业智能化发展。将上述九个影响因素分为内部影响因素和外部影响因素两方面,分别从这两方面提出传统制造业企业智能化发展的建议,为促进制造业企业智能化转型提供理论参考。

The rapid development and application of big data,cloud computing and other digital technologies have brought disruptive innovation to traditional manufacturing enterprises,and the development of intelligent manufacturing has become the main direction for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing enterprises.The existing researched have carried out quantitative research on manufacturing enterprises in the same industry to analyze the factors affecting the development of enterprises’intelligent manufacturing.However,there is a lack of indepth qualitative research on individuals.The qualitative research method was adopted to study the manufacturing enterprises by applying the Grounded Theory.The results showed that factors such as the enterprises’internal digital transformation,integration and interconnection,collaborative integration,technological innovation,talent construction,new-generation information technology,national policy,industrial competition and industrial cooperation were positively influencing the intelligent development of manufacturing enterprises.The above nine influencing factors were divided into internal influencing factors and external influencing factors,and suggestions on the intelligent development of traditional manufacturing enterprises were put forward respectively from those two aspects,so as to provide theoretical reference for promoting the intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
