PC/ASA合金材料气味和散发性能

Odor and Volatile Properties of PC/ASA Alloys

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈–苯乙烯–丙烯酸酯(ASA)合金,利用气相色谱–质谱分析手段考察了PC与ASA质量比、气味吸附剂和气味遮蔽剂的添加量以及相对真空度对PC/ASA合金气味和总挥发性有机物(TVOC)的影响。结果表明,随着PC含量、吸附剂添加量和相对真空度的增加,PC/ASA合金的气味强度和TVOC降低;添加遮蔽剂可以改善气味强度,TVOC却不断增加。当PC/ASA质量比为70/30、相对真空度为–0.09 MPa、气味吸附剂添加量为PC/ASA总质量的2%时,PC/ASA合金的气味强度达到3.2级,TVOC比纯PC/ASA合金下降了25.3%。 Polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate(ASA)alloys were prepared by melt blending.The effects of mass ratio of PC and ASA,addition of adsorbent,addition of masking agent and relative vacuum degree on the odor and total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)of the PC/ASA alloys were studied by the gas chromatography–mass spectrometry analysis.The results show that with the increasing of the content of PC,addition of adsorbent and relative vacuum degree,the odor and the TVOC of PC/ASA alloys decrease.With increasing the addition of masking agent,the odor is improved and the TVOC increases.When the mass ratio of PC and ASA is 70/30,the relative vacuum degree is–0.09 MPa and the addition of adsorbent is 2%of PC/ASA total mass,the odor intensity of PC/ASA alloy achieves grade 3.2,and the TVOC is 25.3%lower than that of neat PC/ASA alloy.
