摘要
为实现内螺纹塑件高产、长寿、操作方便等生产要求,设计了一副模架改进型非标三板模具用于该塑件的成型。改进后的模架取消了顶出机构,动模板由5块板组合而成,以便于螺纹型芯机构、驱动机构、中间传动齿轮机构及外环型芯气动推出机构的安装。模具中,模腔布局为1模4腔;4腔的4个螺纹型芯机构使用1个油缸驱动;使用了气动推块机构防止流道废料粘模;使用了气动推出机构顶出塑件以确保塑件无损顶出;增设了润滑系统保证脱螺纹机构的使用寿命;模腔导柱顶端开设通气槽防烧死,并设置偏心导柱以防错。模具开模分5次打开,按次序分别用于螺纹型芯去除轴向限位、浇口崩断、流道废料脱模、模腔打开、塑件推出脱模5个动作的需要。相比于普通三板模,该模具具有结构简单,工作稳定可靠,使用寿命长等优点。
In order to achieve the production requirements of high-yield,long-life and convenient operation of internal thread plastic parts,a non-standard three-plate mould with improved mould base was designed to form the plastic parts.In the improved mould base,the ejection mechanism was eliminated,and the moving mould plate was composed of 5 plates,which could facilitate the installation of the thread core mechanism,the drive mechanism,the intermediate transmission gear mechanism and the outer ring core pneumatic ejection mechanism.In the mould,the layout of the mould cavity was one mould with four cavities,the four thread core mechanism of four cavities was driven by a hydro-cylinder.The pneumatic ejector pad mechanism was used to prevent the runner waste to stick the mould,the pneumatic ejection mechanism was used for ejecting the plastic parts without damage.A lubrication system was added to ensure the service life of the thread demoulding mechanism.The top of the mould cavity guide pillar was provided with a ventilation groove to prevent burnout,and an eccentric guide pillar was set to prevent mistakes.The mould was opened in 5 times,which were used to remove the axial limit of the thread core,the gate breaking,the runner waste releasing,the cavity opening and the plastic part was ejected in turn.Compared with the ordinary three-plate mould,the designed mould has the advantages of simple structure,stable and reliable work and long service life.
